These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern access to and use of the Lygo platform (the "Service") by registered users and visitors. Please read them carefully before using the Service. By using Lygo, you fully accept these Terms.

Up-to-date pricing is available on the dedicated page on the website. Payments are processed through a PCI-DSS certified provider. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date. No refunds are provided for partial periods, unless otherwise indicated.

Lygo reserves the right to monitor generated links and to remove those that violate these rules, without prior notice.

7. Intellectual Property

The Lygo Service, including its software, trademarks, design, documentation, and APIs, is the exclusive property of Lygo and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. The User receives a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use the Service in accordance with these Terms.

Content linked through shortened links remains the exclusive property of the User or the respective rights holders. Lygo claims no rights over destination content.

8. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied. Lygo does not guarantee that the Service will be error-free, uninterrupted, or that it will meet the User's specific expectations, except as provided in the Business plan SLA.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Lygo shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, loss of profits, or data loss arising from the use or inability to use the Service.

9. Suspension and Termination

Lygo reserves the right to suspend or terminate access to the Service, with or without notice, in the following cases:

The User may delete their account at any time through the Workspace settings. Upon deletion, data will be removed in accordance with the Privacy Policy.

10. Changes to Terms

Lygo reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notification with at least 14 days' prior notice. Continued use of the Service after the changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

11. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by Italian law. For any dispute arising from these Terms or the use of the Service, the parties agree that the exclusive jurisdiction shall be Rome (RM), unless otherwise provided by consumer protection law.
